About this resource
This initiative protects the rights of employees to form organizations and decide if they wish to have unions represent them in negotiations. It also addresses and rectifies unfair labor practices.
Intake Procedure: To initiate a complaint, individuals should call and leave their name, contact number, and a brief overview of their issue. Typically, calls are returned within a day. Formal complaints can be made by submitting an Unfair Labor Practice Charge to the NLRB, and elections are initiated by filing a Petition along with necessary documentation.
Fees: There are no associated costs.
