About this resource
This clinic provides medications such as Suboxone and Vivitrol to help manage cravings and alleviate withdrawal symptoms associated with opioid use disorder. Additionally, it offers behavioral health services to support patients in their recovery journey. If patients qualify, same-day prescriptions may be available.
Intake Process: Prospective patients should call to inquire about the intake process and check if the clinic is currently accepting new patients or has reached its capacity. Depending on their medical history and the availability of providers, patients may receive a Suboxone prescription during their first appointment.
Fees: The clinic operates on a sliding scale for fees and accepts Medicare, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and a variety of health insurance plans.
Who can use this
- Open to individuals with opioid use disorder, including those struggling with addiction to pain medications or heroin, and accommodates both homeless individuals and those with polysubstance use issues.
