About this resource
This program provides a healthcare home for adults who are experiencing homelessness or living without safe, stable, and secure housing. It includes services for family planning and STI care, specialized support for veterans, and care for transgender individuals. Drop-in appointments are also an option.
Intake Process: To schedule an appointment, please call. Drop-in visits may be possible, but it's best to call in advance. These appointments are available only up to 90 minutes before closing.
Costs: There are no charges for patients who are homeless. Sliding scale fees are offered, and the program accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), Medicare, and most health insurance plans, though insurance is not a requirement.
Who can use this
- Adults aged 18 and over who are homeless or lack safe, stable housing, including those in permanent supportive housing.
