Neighborcare Health's Columbia City Clinic

This service delivers comprehensive family medicine, encompassing care during and after pregnancy, support during delivery, and ongoing care for newborns as they develop. Families are attended by the same family medicine provider throughout the pregnancy journey. Deliveries take place at Swedish First Hill Birth Center.

Intake Process: To schedule an appointment, please call. Drop-in visits may be possible, but it's advisable to call ahead. These visits are only available until 90 minutes before closing.

Fees: The service provides a sliding scale for fees and accepts Medicare, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and most health insurance plans. Insurance is not mandatory, and no one will be denied service due to financial constraints.
