Who can use this
- Eligibility includes homeless individuals, couples, and families with children, defined as any household with at least one adult and one child aged 17 or younger. Service animals and pets are permitted, but there are restrictions against drugs, alcohol, weapons, violence, and clients with prior sex offense convictions.
