Intake Process: Schedule an appointment by phone. No need for an application for assessment.
Costs: Insurance may be billed, and co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance are required to be billed.
Who can use this
- Children from birth to age 3 who reside within Seattle city limits, Skyway, North Tukwila (north of S 120th St), or North Burien (north of SW 148th St).
