Provides representation and support for Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases with fees adjusted based on income and household size.
Intake Procedure: Contact the message line or complete the online form.
Fees: For Chapter 7, the sliding scale fees begin at $1,000, depending on household size and income. For Chapter 13, there is a flat fee of $5,000. A retainer fee ranges from $500 to $1,500, with the remaining balance paid through the Chapter 13 plan. Additional costs include $335 for court fees and an estimated $25 for mandatory classes.
Who can use this
- Individuals residing in King, Pierce, Snohomish, Grays Harbor, Island, Lewis, Mason, or Thurston counties who earn below 500% of the Federal Poverty Level.
