About this resource
This program provides various resources to promote the mental and behavioral well-being of children aged birth to 19. To access behavioral health services, children must be enrolled in primary care and receive a referral from their primary care provider. Additionally, caregiver support classes are available.
Intake Procedure: Enrollment in primary care is necessary, and a referral from the primary care physician is required.
Fees: The program accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and most private insurance plans. Assistance is available for completing financial assistance or uncompensated care forms, and if a client does not qualify, help can be provided to arrange payment plans through Patient Accounts.
Who can use this
- Children residing in King County, from birth to 19 years old, must be primary care clients to qualify for behavioral health services.
