Delivers dental examinations, preventive measures, and treatment options for children from birth to 15 years old. Services include sealants, fillings, and additional care, with referrals to specialists as required.
Intake Procedure: Parents or guardians need to call to register the child prior to the initial appointment and must accompany the child to all visits.
Fees: Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and other third-party payments. Assistance is available for completing financial aid or uncompensated care forms. If a client is ineligible, support for setting up payment plans through Patient Accounts can be provided.

- Open to children and teenagers from birth to 15 years old, primarily serving Seattle residents unless enrolled in medical services, with provisions for those from outside the city with specific dental needs.
