Intake Process: Go to the website and select the "Internet" section.
Costs: Monthly fees begin at $15 (or potentially lower with a prepaid plan). There is a one-time fee of $20 for the Hotspot Modem.
Who can use this
- A variety of programs can qualify individuals as income-eligible for our service, including: SNAP/EBT, National School Lunch Program, WIC, Medicaid, housing assistance programs like LIHEAP and Section 8, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Veterans Pension, Lifeline/ACP, enrollment in Head Start, Federal Pell Grant, and a household income below 200% of the federal poverty level (FPL) or 60% of the area median income (AMI) for the last tax year, as well as those living in qualifying Tribal Lands or participating in Tribal programs.
