This facility operates a 16-bed program that delivers specialized residential care for both men and women dealing with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The focus is primarily on treating substance use disorders while also addressing mental health issues and symptoms.

Intake Process: Clients with WA Apple Health (Medicaid) must be referred through the local Behavioral Health Organization. Native Americans can be referred through their tribes. Private pay clients have the option to self-refer, and acceptance is determined on a case-by-case basis. Some clients may be admitted involuntarily.
