Who can use this

First Steps: Participants must be enrolled in or eligible for WA Apple Health (Medicaid). Nurse-Family Partnership: targets low-income pregnant individuals expecting their first child and their infants up to age 2. Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs: assists families with children from birth to 18 years who have complex health needs or a newly diagnosed complex medical condition requiring support. Family Ways: welcomes all families who identify as part of three community groups (Native American/Alaska Native, Pacific Islander/Native Hawaiian, and U.S. born Black/African American) who are pregnant or parenting children up to age 5, with no income restrictions. Residency in King County is required.
