Intake Procedure: For more details, please call. The lottery opens at 9 am on the 25th of each month, and applicants must submit their applications through our website. The application will close once all slots are filled, which is likely to happen on the same day it opens. Applicants will receive an email notification about their selection status. They can enter the lottery each month until they are chosen.
Fees: None.
Who can use this
- To qualify, household income must be at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Level, with assistance limited to once every 12 months.
