Intake Process: Initiate contact via phone. Referrals can be made by healthcare providers, community organizations, or individuals themselves. Evaluations may be arranged through the medical staff at Seattle Children's.
Costs: Fees are based on a sliding scale; both WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and private insurance are accepted.
