About this resource
This program provides annual assistance for electric bills to low-income customers of Seattle City Light who earn at or below 70% of the State Median Income (SMI). It helps with overdue bills but does not cover the balance of shut-off notices. An urgent or shut-off notice is necessary to qualify.
Intake Procedure: Applications can be submitted online or by phone for further details.
Fees: There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is limited to Seattle City Light customers, regardless of location, with household income at or below 80% SMI, and applicants must be the primary account holder.
