Provides counseling services for individuals, couples, and families, along with medication management and treatment for co-occurring disorders, specifically for American Indian and Alaska Native populations.
Intake Procedure: Contact to schedule an appointment and arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration updates. For information and screening regarding the domestic violence support group, please call. Required Documents: application and registration forms.
Fees: A sliding-scale fee structure is available based on income verification. Accepts Medicare, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and most insurance plans.
