Intake Process: To schedule an appointment, please call. Patients requiring urgent care may receive appointments for the same or next day. There may be opportunities to see patients without a prior appointment. It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration updates.
Fees: A sliding fee scale is available based on income verification. The service accepts Medicare, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and most insurance plans.
