Seattle Municipal Court provides hearings for low-income individuals who are unable to settle their court debts stemming from overdue infraction ticket fines and fees in Seattle.
Intake Procedure: You can apply online or via phone. Hearings are conducted by phone on a first-come, first-served basis during the week following your application.
Fees: There is no charge for attending the hearing.

- Eligibility is granted to low-income individuals with unpaid debts from overdue parking, traffic, or camera infraction tickets in Seattle Municipal Court, excluding those with booted or impounded vehicles.
