About this resource
This initiative creates job opportunities within the community for individuals experiencing homelessness. The projects involve neighborhood beautification, cleanup, and landscape development and maintenance. Participants generally commit for a year and are provided with support services.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should apply via email.
Fees: There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and above who are homeless must be prepared for manual labor, capable of lifting 50 pounds regularly, pass a physical exam, and show motivation to overcome personal barriers to achieve permanent employment and a self-sufficient living situation. Clean and sober status is required.
