Who can use this
- The property must be situated within the service area of Seattle Public Utilities. Homeowner households should adhere to income eligibility criteria, earning at or below 80% of the Area Median Income, or the housing provider must assist tenant households that meet these same income thresholds. To qualify for the free toilets, existing toilets should have been installed prior to 2004.
