Intake Procedure: Attend in person. It's advisable to contact the specific location beforehand to check operating hours and ensure the air conditioning is functional.

Who can use this

  • There are no restrictions. Vulnerable groups such as elderly or frail adults, individuals experiencing homelessness, parents with young children, and those with health conditions exacerbated by heat should consider using a cooling center, especially between 1pm and 5pm when temperatures peak.
