This initiative offers lower rates for water and sewer services to seniors who are 62 years or older and to customers with a documented disability. It is available to residents in the West Hill region of unincorporated King County.
Application Process: Fill out the Rate Discount form available on the website.
Charges: Reduced utility rates apply.
Who can use this
- Eligibility requires the customer or their spouse to be at least 62 years old, or to be a recipient of U.S. Social Security (SSI) Disability payments. Additionally, the gross household income must be below $52,700 annually for a single-person household or $60,250 for households of two or more, with annual renewal necessary.
