Who can use this
- To qualify, income must not exceed 150% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), and countable resources should be limited to $14,100 for individuals or $28,150 for couples living together. Exempt from countable resources are primary residences, life insurance, burial plots, vehicles in use, and specific distributions from Alaska Native corporations. Enrollment in a Medicare prescription drug plan (PDP), such as Medicare Part D or a Medicare Advantage Plan (Part C) with prescription coverage, is required.
