This service offers housing counseling for tenants in Washington state, addressing issues like eviction, discrimination, housing searches, repairs, and deposits. To receive assistance, leave a message during designated hours.
Intake Procedure: To initiate contact, leave a voice message on Mondays and Thursdays between 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM. Help is provided via phone, and messages can only be left during these hours. Calls will be returned as soon as possible, considering the limited staff capacity. Please check the message hours on the voice line, as they may change due to staffing.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
