About this resource
This program offers legal assistance to individuals applying for or receiving TANF, HEN, ABD, Basic Food, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and childcare in King County, including advocacy with DSHS and representation in hearings.
Intake Process: Contact 211 or the direct intake line for screening. Homebound clients may receive special accommodations.
Cost: There are no fees for services.
Who can use this
- Legal support is available to low-income individuals residing in King County or those involved in cases there, provided they do not have current legal representation for the matter. Advice and referrals have no restrictions.
