About this resource
This program provides outreach, thorough assessments, and early intervention for older adults facing potential crises, but it does not offer emergency services.
Intake Procedure: Contact via phone or email to discuss your concerns with a service specialist.
Fees: There are no charges for the services.
Who can use this
- Residents of King County aged 55 and above who are dealing with cognitive, mental health, or substance use challenges and can receive assistance at home (those without housing are not eligible). Ideal candidates often have little to no support, exhibit worrying signs of forgetfulness or trouble with daily tasks, experience shifts in mood or social engagement, struggle with substance use, are not currently receiving behavioral health services, and do not require emergency medical care.
