Sound Generations

This service provides a hotline for individuals who suspect that a senior might be in danger and requires help. A social service specialist will connect the senior to suitable community services, including case management. The specialists maintain contact until they confirm the older adult's safety.

Intake Procedure: Call Pathways Information & Assistance. Gatekeepers must provide the following details: the senior's name and phone number, age if known, address or directions to their location, a brief description of the concerns, and the gatekeeper's own name, phone number, and address.

Fees: There are no charges for this service.
