This initiative delivers advanced specialized medical services to low-income residents of King County, facilitated by volunteer specialists from Swedish and other medical professionals. A referral from the patient's primary care physician through Project Access Northwest is necessary for participation.
Intake Procedure: Patients need to be referred by their primary care provider via Project Access Northwest.
Fees: There are no charges for services.
Who can use this
- Residents of King County who earn at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, do not qualify for WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and have a referral from their primary care provider.
