Who can use this
- Eligible are children from birth to 26 years old who have an active case with the Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS), including those in foster care, relative placements, group homes, or under DCFS supervision. A referral must come from a DCFS caseworker, CASA, or an attorney for the youth.
