About this resource
This program offers extensive mental health services, including evaluations, counseling, community support, medication management, and crisis intervention, primarily aimed at adults suffering from acute or chronic mental health conditions.
Intake Process: To initiate services, individuals can either call the Get Help hotline or complete the online Get Help Form to arrange an intake or assessment appointment. New clients are required to undergo an assessment with a counselor, which will inform a personalized treatment plan that details their health objectives.
Fees: The program provides options for self-payment, financial assistance, and a sliding fee scale based on income, ensuring that care costs are adjusted accordingly. Medicaid and certain commercial insurance plans are also accepted.
Who can use this
- Eligible individuals include adults with severe or long-term mental health issues such as major depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, OCD, panic disorder, PTSD, and borderline personality disorder, with a special emphasis on serving the African-American community.
