About this resource

This program offers financial support for youth in foster care to pursue their interests and participate in community activities, thereby alleviating financial obstacles to their development.

Who can use this

  • Eligible participants must be between 5 and 21 years old, with youth aged 0-5 in King County also qualifying. They must have an active State, Federal, or Tribal dependency or shelter case and reside in Washington state, along with a required referral.
