About this resource
This program provides limited assistance for rent to households that are behind on payments to their current landlord.
Intake Process: To begin, fill out an intake form available on the website. Look for the red button labeled "Intake Form" as you scroll down the page. Eligible households will be entered into a random selection pool. Only one intake form should be submitted per household. If you encounter a validation error after submitting, it indicates that a form has already been completed, and no further submissions are necessary. Households that are selected will receive an email detailing the next steps. If not selected, households can still be considered for selection every two weeks. For any inquiries, please use the online support form found on the website.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Applicants must live in King County, have a household income not exceeding 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for their household size, owe back rent to their current landlord, and have the landlord's agreement to participate.
