Provides hearing assessments, testing and fitting of hearing aids, support for using assistive listening devices, and audiologic rehabilitation services for both children and adults.
Intake Procedure: Contact via phone or check the website for an application.
Fees: Hearing evaluations are free of charge. However, there are fees for hearing aid services, payable at the time of service. A superbill will be issued for insurance reimbursement for hearing aid purchases.
