About this resource
This service provides psychiatric evaluations for adults, delivering diagnoses along with treatment recommendations. Court-mandated evaluations are not available. A referral from a healthcare provider is necessary.
Intake Procedure: A referral from the patient's primary care provider is required. This provider must agree to follow up on the treatment recommendations made by our psychiatrists and must be familiar with the patient while practicing in Washington state. To speed up the referral process, it should include the patient's name, date of birth, phone number, address, and insurance details. Additionally, the referral must contain the patient's diagnosis, symptoms, and the contact information of the referring provider.
Fees: Fees vary and the service accepts Medicare, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), various insurance plans, and private payments.
