About this resource
To qualify for MOUD services, clients need to be enrolled with UW Medicine for primary care. Buprenorphine medication is available in a medical clinic environment, and counseling is not a prerequisite for receiving the medication. Poly substance users may be accepted depending on individual circumstances.
Intake Procedure: Enrollment with UW Medicine for primary care is necessary to be eligible for MOUD services.
Fees: The program accepts Medicaid, Medicare (at select locations), private insurance, and offers options for private pay.
