Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment or connect with a support specialist, call 800-329-8387. Please note that emergency care and visitations are exclusively available at the Seattle VA Medical Center.
Fees: Charges are determined based on family income and/or VA eligibility status.

- Veterans must be enrolled or eligible for VA care. For inquiries, please reach out to our enrollment and eligibility office at 800-329-8387, ext. 76542, during weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
