About this resource
Provides comprehensive mental health services and coordinated case management for children, youth, and families facing complex challenges, including developmental disabilities.
Intake Process: Contact us to undergo an eligibility screening.
Costs: We accept Medicaid and other forms of state funding.
Who can use this
- Children and youth up to 21 years old with complex emotional or behavioral health issues who, along with their caregiver or guardian, agree to engage in the process; they must be eligible for Medicaid or actively participating in at least two of the following services: mental health therapy, substance use therapy, special education, Children's Administration, Juvenile Justice, or Developmental Disabilities Administration.
