Provides vocational rehabilitation services for eligible injured workers. Applications can be obtained from the hospital or doctor's office where the first treatment was received and must be submitted within one year of the injury.
Intake Procedure: You can either call or visit in person to register.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.
