About this resource
This initiative delivers affordable, basic internet and wireless services to eligible families, with no contracts or equipment fees involved.
Application Process: Applicants can complete an online form or download the application to send to: Quality Assurance Department, East Mountain Corporate Center, 100 Baltimore Drive, Wilkes Barre, PA 18702.
Costs: The standard monthly fee is $9.95, with additional taxes. Usage limits and pricing are determined by high-speed tiers; for instance, 25 Mbps allows for up to 300 GB, with an extra charge of $5 for each additional 25 GB used. Clients may choose a Double Data option for an extra $10 monthly. Unlimited data is available for an additional $20 per month.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is open to those who qualify for the Seattle Utilities Discount Program, low-income subsidized housing, or have a child eligible for free or reduced school lunches, and must reside at the primary address with one account per household; outstanding bills or unreturned equipment with Wave disqualify applicants, and premium services will also render households ineligible.
