Facilitates a teen court aimed at mitigating or eliminating charges related to traffic violations.

Fees: A fee of $30 is required to transfer the case to Teen Court.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants are youths aged 16 and 17 who must: have no prior traffic infractions referred to a youth or teen court, not hold a conviction for any violation under RCW Title 46, and not be under any court's jurisdiction for such violations. Negligent driving offenses are excluded from Teen Court, and teens can only participate if they acknowledge their offense.
