- Residents primarily located in Shoreline, Echo Lake, Ronald, Foy, Richmond Beach, Richmond Highlands, Innis Arden, and the North City area (North King County, limited by 145th to the south, the King County line at 205th to the north, 35th NE to the east, and Puget Sound to the west).
