Provides extensive outpatient treatment options for Methadone, Buprenorphine, and Naltrexone, including various supportive services such as assessments, medical evaluations, medication management, case management, and both individual and group counseling.

Intake Procedure: To arrange an intake or assessment appointment, either call the Get Help phone line or complete the online Get Help Form.

Fees: Services are offered on a sliding scale fee basis. The facility accepts private insurance and clients who pay privately. WA Apple Health (Medicaid) is also accepted, with the Buprenorphine program specifically accepting only Kaiser Permanente and WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
