This service delivers extensive mental health care, including evaluations, counseling, community support, medication management, and crisis intervention, mainly targeting adults with serious or long-term mental health conditions.
Intake Procedure: To arrange an intake or assessment appointment, individuals can either call the Get Help phone line or complete the online Get Help Form. New patients are required to undergo an assessment with a counselor, which will inform a personalized treatment plan that defines their health objectives.
Fees: The program provides options for self-payment, financial assistance, and a sliding-fee scale based on income, ensuring that the cost of care aligns with a patient’s financial situation. It also accepts Medicaid and certain commercial insurance plans.
Who can use this
- Adults experiencing acute or chronic mental health issues, including major depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, OCD, panic disorder, PTSD, and borderline personality disorder, with a special emphasis on serving the African-American community.
