About this resource
To qualify for MOUD services, clients need to be enrolled with UW Medicine for primary care. Buprenorphine medication is provided within a medical clinic environment, and counseling is not a prerequisite for receiving medications. Poly substance users will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Intake Procedure: Enrollment with UW Medicine for primary care services is necessary for accessing MOUD services.
Fees: The program accepts Medicaid, Medicare (at select locations), private insurance, and offers options for private pay.
