Offers DUI and substance use disorder assessments, along with deferred prosecutions, relapse prevention, outpatient treatment services, and intensive outpatient care. The program is particularly responsive to the needs of Native Americans and is restricted to adults only.

Fees: Accepts Washington Apple Health (Medicaid), private insurance, and self-pay options. Sliding scale fees are available for clients earning at or below 200% of the federal poverty level, with a minimum charge of $30 per session.
