This initiative supports youth facing homelessness in achieving educational success by arranging transportation to their previous school or helping them enroll in a nearby school without unnecessary delays.
Intake Procedure: Contact the district's homeless liaison or consult a school counselor.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- Eligible individuals include families or unaccompanied minors who do not have a stable nighttime residence, such as those temporarily sharing housing, living in motels or camps, residing in unsuitable locations for sleeping, staying in emergency shelters, or awaiting foster care.
