This program offers free, home-based assistance aimed at easing the pain, symptoms, and stress associated with serious illnesses in patients who have a limited prognosis. It does not include hands-on care.

Who can use this
- Adults aged 18 and over in King County who are experiencing a serious illness with a limited prognosis are eligible. Clients can opt for a one-time consultation or ongoing services. Individuals receiving respite, COPES, or home health services are also qualified.
