This program aids youth facing homelessness in achieving academic success by coordinating transportation to their original school or helping them enroll in a nearby school without unnecessary delays.

Who can use this
- Eligible individuals include families or unaccompanied minors without a stable, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, such as those temporarily sharing housing, living in motels or campgrounds, using inappropriate places for sleeping, residing in emergency shelters or transitional housing, or awaiting foster care placement.
