Who can use this
- Pet licenses are required for all dogs and cats aged 8 weeks and older in most areas of unincorporated King County and the city of Woodinville. To qualify for senior/disabled discounts, owners must be 65 or older or have a documented disability, and the pet must be altered. For service animals, owners need a documented disability and a statement confirming the animal's service status; the pet must also be altered.
