Woodinville High School
Community Resource
About this resource
This program provides mental health services, including counseling and interventions for substance abuse, targeting youth and adolescents who are students at the clinic school.
Intake Process: To access most services, individuals need to fill out a registration form. According to state and federal regulations, minors can consent to family planning, mental health, and substance abuse services independently. However, it is highly recommended that parents give consent and complete registration for these services. For additional services, a parent consent form along with registration is mandatory.
Costs: There are no fees for certain services covered by WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and some private insurance plans are accepted.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is limited to students at the clinic school or its partner institutions, primarily targeting uninsured and underinsured adolescents, while also providing confidential care for those with insurance.
